Shipping and Return

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and up-most concern. Once your package has arrived, Please do open and check to make sure the items you order meet your requirement. Try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service first before returning or exchange an item and they will give you some useful advice. Please send email to service@isueer.com, we’ll provide you with further instructions. All refund applications will be processed within 2 working days if it happens, please note that the shipping fee isn’t included.

1. 10 Days Return Warranty:
The returns from our customers are acceptable within 10 days after you getting the package. When we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we will refund you the payment. Please consult the customer service about the information we need before sending back the package and ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. To help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

2.Refund accepted for wrong items:
The refund requests from our customers are acceptable if customer service confirm we sent you the wrong item.
Please make sure the products unused before you sending back and ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. To help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.
After making sure that we sent you the wrong item, we will refund you the amount to your account which you can use for new order or inform our financial staff to refund back to your paypal account or others if you like.

3. For all the refunds the following information is needed:
a) The order No.
b) Item No.
c) Photo of the products you sent back
d) Photo of the shipping label on the package we sent to you

4. Full Refunds:
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

We are so sorry about that if you received item that is not what actually you ordered or not the same as the picture shows or the description says on Isueer.com. If it happens, please take some pictures for details to service@isueer.com, and we will deal with it immediately.

Item processing time

There are different processing time for different items. Usually ready-to-send dress processing time 3-5 business days. Make-to-order dress needs to add dress making time 7-15 business days so total about 10-20 business days. However, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

1) Shipping Method: All products will be sent directly from China. Delivery time varies with shipping methods.
Global Express Expedited (DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT) takes about 7-12 business days while Global Postal Service-Tracking(National Postal Service) takes about 15-25 business days varies depending on countries. Note: the above estimates time do not include processing time.

Excepting for Global Express Expedited and Global Postal Service, the following countries can also use DPEX to deliver the order, delivery time about 7 days and shipping cost is cheaper than Global Express Expedited. 2)We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.

But we will ship it out before the shipping deadline, and try our best to negotiate with the related shipping company and ask them to take your case as priority.

Customs & Import Tax

If the items are detained by customs, who is responsible for the clearance of the items?
If the items are detained by Customs after the ship left the seller’s country, buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.

If a very large order is delivered from China to my country, will customs seize my order?
Yes, it is possible. We suggest you ask the seller in advance to split your orders into several smaller packages, to be shipped out on different days to avoid possible seizure.

If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible?
It is the buyer’s responsibility for the any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country’s custom policies.
